This document is a legally binding agreement that grants users of the "Easypay.mn" application the right to store, use, and process specific information for the outlined purposes. Users are advised to carefully review these terms of service before deciding to accept them.

The acceptance of "Easypay.mn" application terms of service is confirmed by clicking the acceptance button.

The "Easypay.mn" application is accessible through download from "Play Store" and "App Store" after registration and confirmation of user information. Registration details include:

• Mobile phone number
• Identification number

Upon registration, a 6-digit OTP or one-time password will be sent to the registered phone number for verification.

Requirements for Becoming a User:

• Possession of a smartphone
• Mongolian citizenship
• Previous use of the Easy Pay POS device in the last 6 months
• Average monthly income exceeding 3 million MNT
• No overdue or non-performing loans in the "Loan Database" of the Bank of Mongolia in the last 6 months

Loan Terms:

• Maximum loan amount: 300 million MNT
• Loan periods:
  • Up to 30 million for 3 to 12 months
  • 30 million to 50 million for 12 to 24 months
  • Over 50 million for 24 to 36 months
• Interest rate: 2.4% - 3.0%.
• Loan fee: 0.0%.

1. "Easypay.mn" Application Procedures:
The application will identify and confirm the customer, create their account, offer non-bank financial services, determine potential credit rights, and provide comprehensive financial services. Upon contract signing, customer information will be collected, processed, and used for contract obligation fulfillment, tailored service offerings, and communication of information on NBFI products and services.

2. Responsibility and Contact Information:
"Easy Pay Norbula NBFI" LLC is responsible for client-provided information. For any inquiries related to the products and services of the "Easypay.mn" application, customers can contact:

3. Collection and Usage of Customer Information:
The "Easypay.mn" application is authorized to collect, process, and utilize the following customer information within the framework of all products and services outlined in this agreement:

• Parent's name, own name, date of birth, place of birth, residential address, location, civil registration number, assets, financial information, bank account statements, education, electronic identifiers, electronic documents, and any other information that can directly or indirectly identify a person (including, in some cases, sensitive information about a person).
• Information provided by the client without violating the right to freedom and inviolability of their family members.
• Information from the Unified Identity Access System (DAN), State Information Exchange System (KHUR), and Information in the Credit Database.
• Information about the client's device using the "Easypay.mn" application (hereinafter referred to as "Information").

4. Usage of Customer Data:
The "Easypay.mn" application will collect, process, and use customer data in accordance with this agreement. However, in the event of signing a contract related to the provision of financial services, the Information will be used until the obligations under the contract are fully terminated.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security:
The "Easypay.mn" application is committed to not disclosing information without the explicit consent of the customer

6. Transfer of customer information to an official of an authorized organization will only occur based on the procedures specified in the Law on Non-Banking Financial Activities, the Law on Banking, and other relevant laws

7. Cancellation of Permission:
In case of revocation of the granted permission by the customer, a written request for cancellation must be submitted to the address specified in Section 2.2.1 of this General Agreement of the "Easypay.mn" application.

8. Customer Obligations:
When providing personal and financial information to the "Easypay.mn" application, the client undertakes the following obligations:

• Do not enter false information.
• Do not include other people's personal or financial information.
• If the customer enters or provides false or misleading information, the customer's loan application may be reviewed, services may be refused, and legal authorities may be involved for investigation.
• If the customer uses or transmits someone else's name, personal or financial information, the customer's loan application may be reviewed, and entry into a loan agreement may be refused. The customer is fully responsible for any damages caused to the owner of the information and to the NBFI due to illegal actions.
• During the period of using the "Easypay.mn" application, the client is responsible for ensuring the security of personal information, the name, password, and password for accessing the application, preventing its loss to third parties, storing it securely, and using it only as intended.

9. Loss of Personal Information:
If the customer loses personal information and access to the "Easypay.mn" application, the application will not be considered to have disclosed the customer's information. The "Easypay.mn" application will not be responsible for any damage caused to customers or third parties in this regard.

10. Security Measures:
The "Easypay.mn" application, to ensure the security of customer information and prevent improper or illegal use, reserves the right to store the history of access to the application and any actions performed by the user as a log, utilizing it within the limits of the law.

11. Transaction Information:
"Easy Pay Norbula NBFI" will receive and use transaction information from "Easy Pay LLC," a related party, through the POS terminal for the purposes specified in Clause 1 of these general terms of service.

12. Income Transaction Information:
To receive and store income transaction information from the Easy Pay LLC POS terminal used by the customer in their activities during the loan period from Easy Pay LLC, this information will be utilized to enhance the quality and availability of services provided by Easy Pay Norbula NBFI, develop new products, and advance the Easy Pay application and its artificial intelligence.

The "Easypay.mn" application product terms and conditions are considered to be signed by pressing the acceptance button.
